At Grateful Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
